Jennifer Thompson

Jennifer Thompson is an experienced executive assistant with a career spanning several decades in various prominent organizations. Currently serving at Vectura Fertin Pharma as Executive Assistant to the Global Head of People & Culture and Global Head of Finance since May 2023, Jennifer previously held similar roles at Oculis S.A. and Medtronic, where responsibilities included supporting C-level executives. Jennifer's extensive background also includes significant positions at Firmenich and the International Air Transport Association, alongside early experience at the World Health Organization and International Labour Organization. Academically, Jennifer holds a CIPD Diploma in HR Management from ICS Learn and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Marketing & French from Thurrock Management Center.
