Shelly Albert

Shelly Albert has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Shelly currently holds the role of Human Resources Director at Asphalt Materials, Inc. starting in February 2023. Previously, they served as the Chief People Officer at Arbor Homes / Silverthorne Homes, a Berkshire Hathaway Company from June 2022 to December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the VP of Human Resources at CraftMark Bakery from April 2019 to May 2022. Before joining CraftMark Bakery, Shelly held various positions in human resources at Vertellus, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Taghleef Industries, and GE Aviation. Shelly'sroles included Global Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at Vertellus, Senior Human Resource Generalist at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, and Human Resource Manager at Taghleef Industries. Shelly also briefly served as the CEO & Senior Consultant at Hardin Consultants, Inc. in 2004. Shelly began their career as a Human Resource Assistant at GE Aviation from September 1997 to February 2000.

Shelly Albert completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University from 1989 to 1994. Later, from 2008 to 2009, they pursued a Master's degree in Leadership Development from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.
