Eric Higgins

Eric Higgins is currently the Chief of Police at West Earl Township Police Department and a Senior Policy Developer at Aspirant Consulting Group. As an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at Ocean County College, Eric teaches various courses related to law enforcement and security. With prior experience as Chief of Police at Lakehurst Police Dept, Eric has a strong background in police operations and emergency management. Eric also served in the US Marine Corps and holds a Master's Degree in Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
