Hailey Solomon

Hailey Solomon is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Aspire Senior Living since September 2025. Previously, Hailey held various HR leadership positions at SMG - Service Management Group from October 2021 to September 2025, including Senior Director of Human Resources and HR Director.
