Christopher Woo serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Aspire Bakeries, a position held since May 2021. Prior experience includes roles at ARYZTA as Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, as well as Division Vice President & Associate General Counsel, from September 2015 to May 2021. Previous positions also include Corporate Counsel - Labor & Employment at Forever 21, Senior Counsel and Associate at Musick, Peeler & Garrett, and Associate roles at Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman and Harwell & Wahid. Christopher Woo began a legal career as a Judicial Extern at The Chambers of the Honorable Lourdes G. Baird and completed externships at Loyola Law School Center For Conflict Resolution. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from UCLA.
