Gil Medina

Gil Medina has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Gil began their career at the Chicago Park District as an Assistant Coach and Lifeguard from 2007 to 2012. Gil then worked at A. Stucki Company as an Inventory Analyst, where they successfully managed raw material purchases and negotiated favorable prices, leading to a 5% drop in raw material costs. Gil also served as a Financial Analyst Intern at A. Stucki Company, where they developed management tools for financial and operational analysis, prepared daily sales reports, and conducted market analyses.

Following that, Gil joined Givaudan as a Production Planner and later as a Raw Material Planner. In these roles, they were responsible for planning and managing production and raw material supply. In 2017, they joined ARYZTA as a Supply Planner, where they continued their work in planning and managing supply processes. Recently, in 2020, Gil became the Director of Supply Planning at Aspire Bakeries, where they currently lead the supply planning function for the company. Overall, Gil has demonstrated expertise and experience in supply planning, inventory management, financial analysis, and operations management throughout their career.

Gil Medina obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2012. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Demand Driven Planner Professional from the Demand Driven Institute, which was obtained in 2020.
