Louis Delorenzo

Louis DeLorenzo, CSP has extensive experience in the field of environmental, health, safety, and security. Louis most recently served as the Director - Environmental, Health, Safety & Security at Aspire Bakeries, where they worked with a team of 150 members to produce over 100 million pounds of frozen dough annually. Under their leadership, bakery injury rates were reduced each year and decreased by over 75% from FY18 to FY22, resulting in a Recordable Incident Rate (RIR) of 0.

Prior to their role at Aspire Bakeries, Louis worked at ARYZTA LLC, where they held various positions including Director - Environmental, Health, Safety & Security, Corporate Health & Safety Manager, Corporate Safety & Health Specialist, and Safety Manager/Production Supervisor. Louis also gained experience at General Mills as a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager, Sanitation Team Leader/Pest Control Operator, and Sanitation Team Member.

Throughout their career, Louis DeLorenzo has demonstrated a strong commitment to safety and has successfully implemented measures to improve workplace safety, reduce injuries, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Louis DeLorenzo, CSP has a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health from Columbia Southern University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2017. Louis also holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Luzerne County Community College, which they earned from 2001 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Louis has obtained various certifications in the field of safety, including Certified Safety Professional (CSP) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals in 2017. Louis has also acquired certifications in areas such as preventive controls for human food, OSHA authorized training, and safety auditing.
