Caroline Skipper Chandler has had a diverse range of work experience. Caroline began their career as the Executive Director at Seminole County Family Connection from May 1996 to June 2008. Caroline then worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Georgia Pines Community Service Board from October 2008 to May 2013. Caroline also had their own business, Dirtroad Sisters: Personalized Stationery, which they owned from July 2000 onwards. As an Independent Contractor, they worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor from June 2000 onwards. Additionally, they were a Developmental Disabilities Social Services Coordinator at ASPIRE BHDD from May 2013 to September 2019. Most recently, Caroline held the position of Chief Clinical Officer-IDD Services at Aspire Behavioral Health & Developmental Disability Services from September 2019 onwards.

Caroline Skipper Chandler has a diverse education history. Caroline first attended Georgia Southwestern State University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. During their time at Georgia Southwestern State University, they specialized in two fields of study: Forensic Psychology and Community Counseling.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Caroline pursued further education at Troy State University-Dothan. From 1994 to 1996, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Community Counseling.

In addition to their academic achievements, Caroline has obtained a certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor, although the institution and specific details regarding the certification have not been provided.
