Aspire Chicago
Erika Davis has extensive experience in supporting individuals with disabilities and working with children. Since August 2012, Erika has served as Direct Support Personnel at Aspire of Illinois, providing care in group homes for adults with disabilities. Prior to this role, Erika was the Assistant Director at Agape from 2012 to 2013, where responsibilities included supporting the Director/CEO of a Child Care Center and serving as the head teacher for preschool children. From September 2004 to July 2009, Erika worked as a Family Advocate for the Early Head Start program at P.L.C.C.A., focusing on writing community referrals and assisting families with needed resources. Erika holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Western Illinois University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
