Meghan Kilian

Meghan Kilian, CPA, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Aspire Chicago since August 2025. Prior to this role, Meghan held the position of Director of Finance and Administration at Bridge Communities from June 2021 to August 2025. Meghan's career includes experience as Associate Director of Global Engagement and Business Manager at DePaul University from January 2014 to June 2021, and as Partnership Accounting Manager at Briar Hall LLC from August 2012 to January 2014. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Tax Consultant in Global Employer Services at Deloitte from July 2008 to July 2012. Meghan holds a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University, with a focus on Leadership and Change Management and International Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the same institution.
