Michael Simms

Michael Simms has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael is currently working as the Co-CEO/COO at Aspire Home Healthcare since June 2022. Before that, they were the Managing Partner at Birch Heritage Partners starting from May 2021.

From 2013 to 2021, Simms worked at Kearney in multiple roles, including Manager (December 2020 to May 2021), Associate (June 2016 to December 2020), Senior Business Analyst (December 2014 to June 2016), and Business Analyst (September 2013 to December 2014).

In 2017, Simms pursued the MMM (MBA + M.S. Design Innovation) program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, completing it in 2019.

Michael also has experience as a Founding Member and Chief Financial Officer at Rex Medical Innovations LLC (July 2012 to June 2013) and as a Founding Partner and President at Undergraduate Capital Management (October 2011 to March 2013).

Simms began their career as a Business Development Intern at ITW in June 2012 and later worked as an Industrial Engineering Professional Intern at Walt Disney World from September 2010 to September 2011.

From 2008 to 2013, Michael Simms attended Northwestern University where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering. During the same period, they also earned a degree in Manufacturing and Design Engineering with a field of study focused on Engineering.
