Paul Latham

Paul Latham has over 18 years of experience in the housing and real estate sectors, currently serving as Development Manager in the Development and Regeneration Team at Aspire Housing since June 2005. In this role, Paul specializes in new build social housing and refurbishment projects, managing initiatives from site identification to project completion. Prior to this position, Paul worked as an Assistant Real Estate Agent at Wright Marshall Ltd from 2002 to 2005, engaging in various aspects of estate agency services, including land, property, and commercial sales and marketing. Paul holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Architectural Technology/Technician from the University of Wales, completed in 2005.
