The Operations team at Aspire Indiana Health, led by the COO, is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization’s various service lines, including behavioral health, primary care, substance use disorder treatments, and specialized programs. They ensure seamless delivery across home and community-based services, social determinants of health initiatives, community partnerships, FQHC services, and practice operations to enhance patient care and service accessibility.
