Kurt Wilhelm Oster

Kurt Wilhelm Oster, LBS, LICSW-S, LCSW, QS, RPT™, currently serves as Chief Clinical Officer at Aspire Integrated Healthcare while also pursuing a career as an author. In addition to owning and leading VonOstir Innovation Services, P.L.L.C., Kurt has extensive experience as a mobile behavioral therapist working primarily with children and adolescents. Previous roles include Assistant Program Manager overseeing an activities-based program for individuals with disabilities, Adjunct Professor teaching LGBTQ+ Social Work Practice, and Youth Services Coordinator for a program serving teenagers with disabilities. Kurt's earlier career includes various positions in child protective services and training roles at Amazon, alongside significant experience in the hospitality industry. Kurt holds multiple advanced degrees in social work, community engagement, and education, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Community Engagement at Point Park University.
