Noor al Turk

NoOr Al Turk has a diverse work experience that includes roles in human resources, recruitment, and customer service. NoOr is currently working as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Aspire IT Services. Prior to that, they served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same company. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an HR & Training Manager at Transition TECH. Before that, they held positions as an HR/Document Controller at manaseer fertilizer and chemicals and as an HR/Development Assistant at Manaseer Group. Their experience also includes working as an HR Coordinator at SSSProcess from 2013 to 2017, where they were responsible for staff recruitment and implementation of HR systems. NoOr started their career as a Service Adviser at Crystel Call Company, where they provided customer service and maintained customer records.

Noor Al Turk earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Applied Science University between 2005 and 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Tawjihi degree in Adabe at Al-Jeel Al-Jadeed School in 2005. Noor has also obtained additional certifications in Human Resources Management & Organization Development and Lean Management & Quality Basics from Patrons Consulting in 2021. Additionally, they attended an Entrepreneurship Training Workshop at the Business Development Center in May 2015.
