Theresa Burness

Theresa Burness is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience in designing and facilitating organizational training programs across multiple delivery methods. Currently serving as the Global Learning & Development Director at Aspire Lifestyles since July 2016, Theresa oversees the development of programs for over 1,300 employees in 23 Service Centers. Previous roles include Global Head of Learning & Development and Vice President of Learning, Development and Quality for the Americas & Latin Americas. Prior to Aspire Lifestyles, Theresa held key positions at International SOS and AfroCentric Group, focusing on medical assistance operations, business process improvement, and client services management. Theresa's educational background includes a Digital Product Management degree from Boston University and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, among other qualifications.
