Edith Defaut

Edith Defaut is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience in global talent management and educational strategy. Currently serving as Global Director of Learning & Development at LHH since June 2025, Edith previously held multiple leadership roles at PageGroup from March 2015 to June 2025, including Director of Global Learning and Leadership Development, where a team of 70 professionals was led to transform L&D from a local to a global approach. Edith's career at PageGroup also encompassed strategic development in talent management across Continental Europe. Prior experience includes senior management roles at Mazars, focusing on financial audit and HR support within the insurance industry, along with lectures on financial audit topics at respected universities.
