Renee A. Filip

Renee A. Filip currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer at Aspire of Western New York, a position held since October 2017, after previously acting as Director of Strategic Planning and Communications. In this role, Renee oversees business communications and strategic initiatives for the Vice President of Finance and Administration. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at UBMD Physicians Group, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning and corporate communications. Renee also held leadership positions at Buffalo Niagara Partnership, Ciminelli Real Estate Company, Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, Fulfillment Systems International, Niagara College, and the Canadian Consulate General. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in History from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Science in History and Education, alongside Psychology from SUNY Brockport.
