Micheal Blueitt, MBA, is the owner of Blue Strategies Group, a consulting agency that focuses on strategic formulation, operational improvement, and organizational advancement for small businesses, as well as providing HR and payroll solutions. In addition to this role, Micheal serves as a fractional CFO for Aspire Partners USA since March 2023 and has a background with Farmers Insurance, where responsibilities included National Vendor-Leadership and Field Claims Supervisor from September 2011 to March 2021. Micheal holds a Master of Business Administration with a finance specialization from LSU Shreveport and a Bachelor's degree from Lamar University.
