Amie Brady

Amie Brady, M.S has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of roles and industries. Amie most recently worked as the Director of Secondary & Post-Secondary Success at Aspire Public Schools, where they were responsible for overseeing the success of students in their transition to secondary and postsecondary education. Prior to that, they served as the Director of College Pathways & Postsecondary Success at Envision Education, where they developed and implemented a strategic vision for college and career access for students. Amie also has experience in higher education, having worked at San Francisco State University College of Health & Social Sciences as the Assistant Director of the Student Resource Center, where they provided comprehensive advising services to undergraduate and graduate students. Additionally, they have worked in counseling and advising roles at Skyline College and Seven Tepees Youth Program, where they supported students in their educational and career goals. Amie started their career as a BAYAC Americorps Member at Americorps and has also held positions at Aldo Group, Taylor Electric, UC Santa Barbara, and United Way of Santa Barbara County. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in student success, counseling, advising, and program development.

Amie Brady, M.S has a Master's Degree in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services/Career Counseling from San Francisco State University. Amie also has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology & Education from UC Santa Barbara, as well as a High School Diploma from John O'Connell High School. Amie has obtained several certifications, including CPR from the American Red Cross in June 2018, Defensive Driving Training - DGS from The California State University in January 2016, and certifications in Data Security & Privacy, Eliminate Campus Sexual Violence, and FERPA & Protecting Education from LawRoom in 2015.
