Grace Collins

Grace Collins is an experienced educator currently serving as the Founding/Lead/Mentor Teacher at Aspire Public Schools since July 2015, where a strong culture of high expectations and college readiness for all students is established. Previous roles include a 6th and 2nd Grade Student Teacher at Roseland Public Schools, where lesson design and integration were key responsibilities, and a Maker Camp Teacher at Piner-Olivet Unified School District, focusing on innovation and STEM skills. Grace also worked as a Head Teacher at Children's Creative Learning Centers, promoting the growth of young children, and as a GirlSTART Group Leader at Girls Incorporated, leading diverse programming for girls while providing academic support. Educational qualifications include a Multiple Subject Credential from Sonoma State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with concentrations in Child Development and Psychology from California Polytechnic State University.
