Natalie McBride

Natalie McBride is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources with over a decade of experience. Since March 2012, Natalie has served as the Director of Talent at Aspire Public Schools, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment strategies and human capital initiatives. Prior to this role, Natalie worked as a recruiter at Galileo Learning from October 2010 to August 2011 and held the position of Administrative Manager at the National Equity Project from May 2005 to May 2010, focusing on human resources, operations, and administration. Natalie earned a B.A. in Liberal Studies from California State University - East Bay.
