Mikayla Bednarz

Mikayla Bednarz currently serves as the Director of Talent Management at NeoReach, having progressed through several roles including Senior Talent Manager, Campaigns & Talent Manager, and Campaigns Operations Manager since May 2023. Prior experience includes serving on the Executive Board of Chi Omega, Psi Alpha Chapter as Treasurer and Social Media Marketing Director from December 2020 to December 2022, and working as a Customer Experience Representative and Marketing Intern at Rumored and Rumours, respectively. Mikayla Bednarz holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration and a Minor in Economics from the University of Oregon, and graduated from Canyon Crest Academy with a High School Diploma in 2019.
