Amy Alderson has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Amy began their career at Tops Day Nurseries in 2006, starting as a Senior Area Manager and eventually rising to the position of Operations Director. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the organization. In 2013, they also served as a Trustee at the Hadland Foundation. Amy'smost recent position was as the Director of Early Years Audit and Training at Tops Day Nurseries, which they held from July 2020 until May 2023. In April 2023, they joined Aspire Training Team as the Director of Operations.
Amy Alderson attended the University of Winchester from 2010 to 2013, where they pursued a degree in Early Childhood studies. Amy completed their studies and obtained a degree in EYP (Early Years Professional).
