Allen Jaeyoon Lee

Allen Jaeyoon Lee is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at Aspire, a finance operating system company in Asia, since March 2023. Previous roles include Director of People & Talent for Airwallex, managing HR for the Hong Kong and Southeast Asia regions, and leading HR teams at WeWork across multiple territories in the Pacific. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Talent for Garena at Sea, and HR Director for Oracle Korea, overseeing HR operations for over 1,100 employees. Earlier career stages included key positions at SK Telecom, with involvement in executive management development and international HR projects. Allen holds a PhD and an MS in Organizational Psychology from Seoul National University, as well as a BA in Psychology from Korea University.
