Marco Duarte possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, having held key positions at several prominent companies. As Head of Talent at Aspire, Marco has previously served as Technical Recruitment Manager for APAC and EMEA at Stripe and as Director - Global Head of Talent at Airwallex. Marco's background includes roles as Regional Recruitment Manager for both APAC and EMEA and Senior Recruiter at Google, as well as a Senior Recruiter at Gregory James / PSR Recruitment. Marco holds an Honours degree in Psychology and a BA in Psychology from the University of Johannesburg.
