Laura Kirsch

Laura Kirsch has a diverse work experience in talent and development, strategic workforce planning, and organization development. Laura currently holds the role of Vice President, Talent & Development at OMERS since April 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Global Strategic Workforce Planning, OD & Talent Acquisition Strategy at OMERS since July 2020. Laura co-founded Prepped in 2018 and was actively involved until July 2020. Previously, they served as a Director at RBC Ventures from November 2017 to July 2020. Laura also had an extensive tenure at TD, where they held various roles including Associate Vice President, Talent & Organization Development, Senior Manager of Executive Development, and Learning Consultant from 2009 to 2017. Laura began their career at Catalyst Inc. as an Associate before progressing to Senior Associate and eventually becoming a Director from 2006 to 2009.

Laura Kirsch completed their Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in International Development from the University of Guelph in the year 2004. In 2005, they pursued a Master of Science degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). The field of study for their MSc degree is not specified.
