Christine Rogers

Christine Rogers is currently the President & COO at Aspireship. Prior to this, they were the Head of Sales and Marketing at Y Scouts, and before that, the Senior Director, Sales / VP, Sales at MINDBODY, Inc.

At Y Scouts, Christine was responsible for leading the executive search and strategy company that purpose-based organizations turn to for finding and hiring deeply aligned, high-performing, exceptional leaders that multiply their teams. During their time there, they helped implement a sales process and purpose driven leadership development to create a highly efficient, productive inside sales organization spanning multiple North American offices.

At MINDBODY, Inc., Christine was in charge of the Sales and Onboarding department for the high-growth SaaS company serving Beauty & Wellness industry. Christine successfully designed and implemented Booker’s company on-boarding for every new employee in every role. Additionally, their initiatives for efficiency and productivity resulted in a 64% increase in average number of new customers per rep per month and a 71% decrease in the average length of sales cycle. Under their leadership, the regular sales training and high accountability resulted in an average of 80% of sales reps attaining 100% to quota.

Christine Rogers has a Bachelor's Degree in Justice Studies from Arizona State University. Christine is certified in PDP Professional Certification.
