Alessandra Palma-Tilley

Alessandra Palma-Tilley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Alessandra is currently the Operations Director for the Aviation and Manufacturing portfolio at Aspire Software. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Professional Services for the Aviation (Aphinity portfolio) at the same company.

Before joining Aspire Software, Alessandra worked at simPRO Software from 2017 to 2021. Alessandra held various roles during their tenure, including Head of UK and Ireland Implementation & Training, Implementation Manager, Implementation Team Leader, and Customer Success Manager.

In 2016, Alessandra worked at MINDBODY, Ltd. as an EMEA Onboarding Specialist. Alessandra successfully implemented MINDBODY software for small-medium fitness and wellness businesses and provided guidance on aligning business objectives.

Alessandra's earlier experience includes working at WhiteConcierge as a Senior Customer Service Expert, where they supported Sales & Marketing and Network Teams with their language skills and delivered classroom training. Alessandra also worked as a Customer Service Expert and Customer Service Specialist - Personal Concierge at the same company.

Alessandra's career began at AXA Assistance Rome in 2005. Alessandra held roles as a Concierge and Travel Insurance Specialist, where they provided training, managed a team's roster, and contributed to developing Salesforce service application. Alessandra also worked as a Roadside Assistance and Home Emergency Specialist, focusing on customer service and call handling.

Alessandra Palma-Tilley began their education at Liceo Linguistico Giordano Bruno, where they studied English, French, and Spanish language and literatures from 1999 to 2004. Alessandra then pursued further education at Ixion Holdings, where they obtained a BTEC Certification Level 2 in Customer Service between 2014 and 2015. Lastly, from 2016 to 2017, they attended Progress to Excellence Ltd., where they completed a BTEC Certificate Level Three in Learning and Development.
