Michael Lavalle

Michael Lavalle serves as the General Counsel and Partner at Aspiriant since June 2023, following nearly a decade at Wilshire where roles included Head of Legal and Senior Vice President/Counsel. Prior experience includes serving as Counsel for Corporate Affairs at Relativity Media and as an Associate at Latham & Watkins. Michael holds a J.D. in Business Law from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law (2006-2009) and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Michigan (1999-2003).
