Currently serving as the Managing Director at Aspiring Talent since June 2021, Charlene has been instrumental in fostering transparent client and candidate partnerships to ensure successful talent placements. Prior to this role, Charlene held key positions at Exent Co as Director of People, Culture and Talent and at Aspirante PTY LTD as Queensland Director, where outstanding business development initiatives were implemented. Charlene also contributed to PwC as QLD State Manager and National Talent Acquisition Manager, enhancing collaborative efforts within the organization. Early career achievements at Hays and previous roles in business development have solidified a strong network and reputation in both technical and executive recruitment domains. Charlene holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Business (Marketing) from The University of Queensland.
