Jennifer Shannon

Jennifer Shannon, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Aspirion since March 2021. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Human Resources Director at Community Health Systems from July 2016 to March 2021, and Regional Human Resources Manager at Samuel, Son & Co., Limited for a brief period in 2015. Prior roles include Human Resources Consultant at Experis, Director of Human Resources at Serta Simmons Bedding Company, and Director of Human Resources at Medical Reimbursements of America, Inc. Additionally, Jennifer worked as a Regional HR Manager at Educate and an HR Specialist at Nissan North America, along with serving as HR Manager at Aviation Safeguards. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University.
