Susan Norton

Susan Norton, CRCR, is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in patient access and financial services. Currently serving as General Manager for VA & Tricare at Aspirion since 2019, Susan previously held the position of Vice President Operations. Prior roles include Director On-Site at PatientMatters™ (2015-2019), Patient Financial Services Director at Parallon (2014), and various leadership positions at Columbus Regional Health from 2002 to 2014, including Director of Patient Access and Patient Receivables. Earlier in the career, Susan spent 14 years at St Francis Hospital managing patient business services and admissions. The educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Troy University and attendance at Glenwood High.
