Heidi Hoffman

Heidi Hoffman, MHA, has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Heidi began their career as a Nursing Home Administrator at Cerenity Senior Care in 2009 and held this role until 2012. From 2012 to 2015, Heidi served as an Ambulatory Director at HealthEast. In 2015, they joined North Memorial Health Care as a Clinic Manager, a role they held until 2016. Heidi then transitioned to Aspirus Health, where they started as a Clinic Manager and later became the Director of Operations in 2022. Their expertise and leadership skills have allowed their to excel in managing healthcare clinics and operations.

Heidi Hoffman holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, which they obtained from the University of Minnesota in the years 2014-2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in the same field at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2005 to 2009.
