Katrina Benishek

Katrina Benishek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and business process improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Business Process Improvement Engineer at Delta Dental of Wisconsin since September 2018, Katrina has demonstrated expertise in streamlining operations. Prior to this role, Katrina spent significant time at Marshfield Clinic, advancing from Associate Systems Engineer to Principal Engineer over a period of several years. Additionally, Katrina served in the United States Navy as a Lieutenant from 2003 to 2012, with active duty from 2003 to 2004 and in the Ready Reserve until 2012. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
