Mallori Strama

Mallori Strama, LNHA, has extensive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Director of Senior Care Services at Aspirus, Mallori oversees various facilities and departments to ensure quality care for residents and tenants. Mallori has also held roles as an Interim Administrator and HRIS Specialist/HR Generalist. With a background in Human Resource Management, Mallori has a strong focus on optimizing workforce performance and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction. In addition to their professional experience, Mallori is pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
