Ra'Chell Lucas

Ra'Chell Lucas has extensive work experience in the nursing field. Ra'Chell is currently the Director of Nursing at Aspirus Health, starting in June 2021. Before that, they were employed at Ascension from 2012 to 2021, where they held various roles including Director of Nursing, Nursing Manager, House Supervisor, Charge Nurse, and Registered Nurse. Prior to their time at Ascension, Ra'Chell worked at Wausau Manor as a Licensed Practical Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistant from 2009 to 2012.

Ra'Chell Lucas obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Leadership Systems- Nurse Executive from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2016-2020. Ra'Chell also earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a focus in Leadership Systems- Nurse Executive from the same university during the same time period.
