Fred Dixon

As, CFO, Fred is their senior Finance and Accounting Executive and also holds a DOD secret security clearance. His skill set allows him to take a broad and cross-functional look at complex problems and deliver solutions to those problems through process improvement and technology innovation. Fred was the CFO of a national audiovisual service company. He improved management reporting and budgeting that increased timeliness, accuracy, and ease of use. He advised the owner and senior management during a period of a tripling of revenue that eventually resulted in the sale of the company. At a high-tech startup, Fred instituted systematic client collections and vendor payments supplemented with receivable factoring and vendor negotiation to stabilize the company cash flow. Fred holds an MBA in Finance. He is also a CPA, Certified Management Accountant, and a Certified Internal Auditor.
