Bruce Webb

Bruce Webb, PMP has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple roles and responsibilities. Bruce is currently serving as the Vice President of Enterprise Business Systems at ASRC Federal, where they manage the delivery and operations of various essential business functions. This includes overseeing finance, contracts, procurement, business development, HR, reporting, and database systems. Bruce has developed strong relationships with IT and business leaders.

Prior to their current role, Bruce worked at SAIC for several years. Bruce served as a Senior Program Manager/Software Engineering Manager, where they developed an Enterprise Procurement system using DevSecOps and Agile methodologies. This system supported supplier registration and management, procurement requests, sourcing events and awards, time collection, and invoicing functions. Bruce also implemented and maintained integrated Enterprise systems using SaaS and custom SQL/.NET applications.

During their earlier tenure at SAIC, Bruce held various leadership positions. Bruce was a VP/Program Manager, responsible for implementing and maintaining EIDE tools for line management and project managers. Bruce successfully managed the implementation of a SOx Compliant project planning and cost estimating application. Bruce also served as the VP/Corporate Project Controls/Program Execution Office, where they provided support in tools, scheduling, project accounting, mentoring, and earned value. Additionally, they worked as a Project Control Manager, ensuring standard processes and providing mentoring and training for project control personnel.

Bruce Webb, PMP obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville in 1984. In addition to their degree, they hold several certifications including Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist obtained from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2021, ITIL Foundation Level obtained from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2016, and Project Management Professional (PMP) obtained from the Project Management Institute in 2013.
