Jon Blackburn

Jon Blackburn has extensive work experience in engineering support for the Voice Recorder Support (VRS) Team, with a focus on creating comprehensive recording solutions for airports. Jon has provided second-level engineering support over the phone and on-site, and has also developed technical documents to document FAA recorder systems used in airport communications. Jon has held roles as Principal Engineer and Electrical Engineer at ASRC Federal, Electronics Engineer at Chickasaw Nation Industries - Aviation, and Electronics Engineer at Arctic Slope Regional Corp - Management Services. Jon also has experience as a Lab Assistant at the University of Central Oklahoma and as an Engineering Intern at Alphamicron, Inc.
