Lorraine Cain

Lorraine Cain is an experienced project manager and team leader with a strong background in cybersecurity and information assurance. Currently serving as Project Manager Group Lead at Vantage Systems, Inc., Lorraine oversees multiple tasks under the NASA Goddard Software Engineering Services III contract, handling customer relations, progress reports, and budgeting. As ISSO Team Lead with ASRC Federal, responsibilities include team management and oversight of security plan development following NIST standards. Previous roles include leadership positions at Maximus Federal and KPMG, where Lorraine specialized in project planning and auditing for compliance.
