Margaret Leary

Margaret Leary, Ph.D., CISSP, CIPP, CICP, CEH, CCSK, is a seasoned cybersecurity expert currently serving as a Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert at ASRC Federal since October 2022. In addition, Margaret has held the position of Cybersecurity Faculty and Chair of the Cybersecurity credit program at Northern Virginia Community College since August 1997, overseeing over 1,600 AAS Cybersecurity students. Previous roles include Senior Privacy Specialist at ERPi, a member of the Leadership Team at the National CyberWatch Center, Senior Security Consultant at Camber Corporation, and various positions at Avaya Government Solutions, Nortel Government Solutions, PEC Solutions, and GTE Government Systems. Margaret's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Organization and Management with an IT Specialization from Capella University.
