Matt served as the Vice President of Corporate Compliance at ASRC Federal, overseeing requests from auditors and managing new expectations for audits. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Program & Finance Support Services/Facility Security Officer at Systems Documentation Inc, where they spearheaded programs to enhance the company's profile and managed financial fundamentals of multi-million dollar contracts. Matt also worked as a Program Manager at Form, Fit and Function LLC, overseeing government contracts and preparing comprehensive pricing reports. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Accountant at EisnerAmper and a Staff Accountant at W.S Schucker Jr. & CO.
Matt Herdman obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Monmouth University in 2002. Matt subsequently pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from the same university and completed it in 2004.
