Melanie Tatsumi

Melanie Tatsumi is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and compliance across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Compensation, HR Compliance & People Analytics at ASRC Federal since December 2021, Melanie previously held pivotal roles including Director of Compensation, Benefits & Compliance at IDEMIA, and Corporate Compensation Manager at Maximus. Over the course of a diverse career, Melanie has demonstrated expertise in developing strategic compensation structures, enhancing benefit programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance, alongside managing cross-functional teams and driving HR initiatives. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Chinese Language from the University of Maryland, a Master of Arts in International Studies/International Business from Concordia University Irvine, and has participated in the CET Chinese Beijing Studies Program.
