Michael Toomey

Michael Toomey is a Senior Imagery and Remote Sensing Analyst at ASRC Federal since September 2013, where responsibilities include designing geospatial analyses for the International Production Assessment Division. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Harvard University, focusing on remote sensing and climate change impacts, as well as positions at NASA and UCSB, contributing to various remote sensing projects and authoring six scientific publications. Educational qualifications encompass a PhD in Geography from UC Santa Barbara, a Master of Science in Atmospheric Sciences from South Dakota Mines, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Colorado College. Additional experience includes environmental service with the Peace Corps and prior roles as a SAT Prep Tutor and Geotechnical Drilling Logger.
