Oscar MacHuca

Oscar Machuca is an experienced professional currently serving as a Delivery Manager at Zachary Piper Solutions, where the focus is on providing technology and consulting services to the Intelligence Community. As a reservist Intelligence Analyst for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, Oscar contributes to Marine Corps Intelligence Schools.
