Shanky V.

Shanky V. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Shanky began their career as a Business Analyst at Texas Instruments in 1995 and later transitioned to become an HRIS Manager at USEC in 2002. From 2011 to 2016, Shanky served as the Director of HRIS & Workforce Analytics at MedStar Health. Shanky then joined Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK as the Head of Global People Technology, where they worked until 2020. Shanky's most recent role was at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) as the Head of HRIM, HC Analytics & Shared Services from 2020 to 2021. Shanky is currently the VP of HR Operations, Talent & Development at ASRC Federal.

Shanky V. holds a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas. Shanky also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Osmania University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the same university. In addition to their formal education, Shanky V. has obtained several certifications, including being a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, an IHRIM Human Resource Information Professional from IHRIM, and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Juran Global. Shanky is also an Oracle PeopleSoft Certified HCM Consultant and holds a CCP certification from World at Work.
