Steven O'Dell

Steven O'Dell, Ph.D., CISSP, serves as the Sr. Director of National Security Programs at ASRC Federal, leading initiatives in information technology, cybersecurity, and law enforcement support. O'Dell holds multiple adjunct professor positions at the University of the Cumberlands, Stevenson University, University of Arkansas, and University of Baltimore, teaching courses in business strategy, project management, and criminal justice. As a technology and education consultant, O'Dell has collaborated with various organizations to develop online courses and provide expertise in law enforcement technology and cybersecurity. Previously, O'Dell served as Chief, CFO, CSO, CHRO, CIO, and CTO at the Baltimore Police Department, overseeing extensive technical programs and significant operational budgets. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Business with a concentration in Strategic Management and ongoing studies for a Doctor of Education in Interdisciplinary Leadership.
