SVP & COO at ASRC Industrial

Brad is responsible for oversight and support of ASRC Industrial’s 28 operating companies. He works closely with leadership at each of organization to achieve operational excellence and promote a positive work environment. His strength in these areas is evidenced by his tenure with the operating group at RSI, where he played an integral role in fostering a company culture that resulted in RSI being named a “Best Place to Work” by Outdoor Magazine for three consecutive years.

Prior to his role as COO, Brad worked with RSI—an ASRC Industrial (AIS) company based in Oak Ridge, Tennessee—for 14 years. Starting as a field sampling manager and transitioning into the corporate office where he managed all facets of RSI’s business operations, he rose through key leadership roles before eventually becoming president. In his time with RSI, he also led the creation and served as president of RSI Services, the first Small Business Administration 8(a)-certified business in the AIS family as well as RSI’s first wholly owned subsidiary.

Brad brings extensive Federal environmental experience overseeing operations and execution of a broad range of contracts and sites involving radiological and chemical contamination. He has spent much of his career supporting the U.S Department of Energy Office of Environmental Management, which is responsible for the world’s largest environmental cleanup program. With more than 20 years in the industry, he has also worked as an environmental project leader, technician, and biology/ecology assistant for both private industry and the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers.

Brad is the 2019 recipient of the Postma Young Professional Medal for his outstanding achievements in community service with a focus on creating and preserving natural assets in the Oak Ridge and the surrounding area. He holds a MBA in Business Management from Lincoln Memorial University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Lindsey Wilson College.
