Edwin van de Woestijne

Edwin van de Woestijne has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Edwin has held various roles and positions in different companies and organizations. Edwin started their career at Wereldhave in 1994 as a Projectmanager shopping center and later became the Head of shoppingcenters Netherlands, Managing director Netherlands, and finally the Head of Shopping Centre Management. In 2011, they joined Bouwfonds REIM as a Senior Asset Manager. Edwin then moved to Bouwfonds Investment Management in 2012, where they served as the Head of Asset Management IBCAM. In 2016, they became involved with NEVAP (Nederlands Vastgoedexploitatie Platform), first as a Bestuurslid and later as the Voorzitter until November 2022. In 2013, they joined Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam as a member of the Adviesraad Erasmus School of Social and Behavioural Sciences ESSB. In 2009, Edwin van de Woestijne became a part of Hogeschool Rotterdam as a member of the Beroepenveldcommissie Vastgoedkunde. In 2015, they took on two positions simultaneously, one as the Managing Director Commercieel Vastgoed at a.s.r. real estate and another as the Fund Director at ASR Dutch Prime Retail Fund. In 2023, they will become a member of the Raad van Toezicht at Planet B.io @ Biotech Campus Delft.

Edwin van de Woestijne's education history begins in 1981 when they attended SSGM Middelburg. However, the specific degree they pursued and the field of study are unknown. In 1988, they enrolled at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where they obtained a Drs degree in Public Administration, completing their education in 1993.
